• The Government of Karnataka has assigned the study on "Financial viability and sustainability of old age pension scheme for building and other construction workers in Karnataka" to Dr. M R Narayana, Professor, CESP, ISEC to develop suitable policy and program concerning old age pension scheme to scores of poor building and construction workers of the State.

• The Niti Ayog, Government of India has appointed Dr. Parmod Kumar, Professor ADRTC, ISEC as the Chairman of the Working Group on Crop Husbandry, Agricultural Inputs, Demand and Supply Projections.

• Dr. D Rajasekar, Professor, CDD, ISEC has been nominated as a member for Drafting the Policy on Skill Development in Karnataka

• Dr. C M Lakshmana, Associate Professor, PRC, ISEC has been nominated by the Government of Karnataka as a member of the expert committee for the preparation of the report on Social and Educational Survey of Backward Classes in Karnataka.
